HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
All our mattresses, divans and headboards are made to order and are delivered to you within 2-4 weeks.
Please note that postcodes AB, DD, IV, PA, KW, KY, FK, PH, TR and PL are excluded from our delivery coverage area.
As soon as the production has been completed of your item(s), we will contact you to book in a suitable delivery date, should you have a special requirement for a specific day then please mention this in the “Notes” section at the checkout.
We will never dispatch your goods unless we have confirmed the delivery date with yourself, so no need to worry about us turning up unannounced.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
No, we offer a free complimentary two man delivery service (Monday – Friday) on all our goods to Mainland UK only.
DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?
Yes we can deliver on Saturdays, However there is an additional cost for this would depend on your area. Please be aware that Saturday Premium delivery is not available to all postcodes. Please Email [email protected] for more information.
WHAT ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Once your order has been booked in for a delivery date, our transport team will contact you directly the day before to narrow down the time to either an AM or PM slot, our delivery drivers will also call you on the day before their arrival.
Please note: delivery times can be delayed subject to traffic / weather issues but we will always try our utmost to keep you fully updated throughout the day.
WHAT ABOUT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Once your order has arrived and you are not happy with it, Please contact the office immediately at [email protected]
Please be aware you cannot return an item if it has been specially made for you.
If you do not give notice to Opulent beds (Us) then you request a refund due to not wanting the product, you will be refunded in full minus the 30% cancellation fee.

DO I HAVE ANY WARRANTY?
Every item that is purchased from opulent beds comes with 12 months manufactures warranty (Certain Items do not qualify for 12 months warrantee.
Please see T&Cs for more information). If your item becomes faulty after some time of having the product, please email [email protected] to report the fault.
If the item is reported faulty but cannot see any fault we may collect this item for inspection.
If the item is inspected but is found not faulty the customer will be charged for the redelivery of the item.
CAN I SPECIFY A TIMESLOT
We understand that customers cannot wait in the house all day due to other commitments.
This is why we will give you an estimated 3 hour time window that you are required to be at home.
Please be advised that delivery are between 8:00am- 8:00pm.
